On an older car the part you need is often discontinued, wrong, or four times the price of simply making one. Having fabrication in-house is the difference between a car being repairable and being scrapped.
Structural welding for NCT — sills, floors, jacking points, subframe and suspension mounting areas — done with proper metal, proper penetration and proper seam sealing, not filler and hope. Corrosion gets cut back to sound steel rather than covered over.
Beyond bodywork: exhaust sections and full custom systems, brackets and mounts, trailer and towbar repairs, engine mounts for swaps, sump guards, and one-off parts where the original is long gone. Welding customers come from all over Monaghan and Cavan, and evenings and Saturdays suit most of them.

Engine and gearbox mounts for swaps, sump guards, subframe repairs, trailer and towbar work, plus replacement parts fabricated from scratch.
